DR SALATHISO NDONGENI
After matriculating from Little Flower Senior Secondary School in 2005, Dr Salathiso Ndongeni went on to complete his medical degree at the University of KwaZulu-Natal in 2010. After obtaining his degree in 2011, he started work at Nelson Mandela Academic Hospital as an intern for two years. He then completed his community service at Aliwal North Hospital in the Eastern Cape for a year in 2013.
In 2014, Dr Ndongeni went back to Nelson Mandela Academic Hospital and worked as a Medical Officer in the Department of Dermatology. In the same year, Dr Ndongeni got intrigued by the variety of dermatologic conditions; he then went on and started specializing in Dermatology and attained his Fellowship with The College of Dermatologists of South Africa, also called FC Derm (SA). He completed his fellowship in 2018. Following this, Dr Ndongeni began working as a Specialist Dermatologist at Nelson Mandela Academic Hospital.
Finally, after realizing the shortage of private dermatologic services in the OR Tambo region in the Eastern Cape, he opened doors to his own private practice.
In 2023, Dr Ndongeni relocated to Johannesburg (East Rand), Benoni. Where he runs a full time Private Practice.
